KIEV, Sept. 1 – Ukraine's energy security depends on designing and constructing new mines, according to Parliament Speaker Arseniy Yatseniuk.

"The issue of energy security for Ukraine is related to, among other things, the design and construction of new mines," he said during a visit to the town of Chervonohrad in Lviv region on Sunday.
