KIEV, Aug. 28 – Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko plans to support proposals by Ukrainian metals and mining companies to stabilize the situation in the industry, including suspension of tariff increases.

The cabinet plans to instruct the ministries of transport and communications and economy to draft a resolution to suspend an Oct. 1 increase in railway cargo transportation tariffs from and port service fees rise by the end of September.
