KIEV, Aug. 28 – Taiwan's Archasia Company is in court defending its right to reconstruct the Olympiysky National Sports Complex, the company's office in Ukraine announced, according to Interfax-Ukraine.

According to the announcement, Archasia won a tender to reconstruct the stadium.

"Taking into account this fact and laws, Archasia secured the primary right to conduct reconstruction works, and design works first and foremost," reads a statement issued by the company on Thursday.
