KIEV, Aug. 27 – A court has suspended a resolution of the National Bank of Ukraine on the toughening of fund reservation regulations for borrowing from non-residents, the Illyashev and Partners law firm reported on Tuesday.
"A [Donetsk-based] court of general jurisdiction satisfied an appeal by a foreign investment company and banned [the NBU] from implementing the NBU resolution [No. 171 of June 18, 2008] on the approval of fund reservation norms for borrowing from non-residents in foreign currencies by banks," reads a press release of the law firm which represents the interests of foreign investors in the case.
