KIEV, Aug. 27 – The Transport and Communications Ministry will soon announce a tender to select an investor for the construction of a railway between the Kiev-Pasazhyrsky railway station and Boryspil State International Airport, Transport and Communications Minister Yosyp Vinsky has said.
“The format for this has been agreed, and it is known what trains will run there. Now the document is being agreed in the ministries and the government. The final decision will be made in the nearest future, and we will be able to conduct a tender to attract an investor to build and operate the track jointly with Boryspil airport and Pivdenno-Zakhidna railways,” Vinsky said at a press conference on Tuesday.
