KIEV, Aug. 20 – Only issues related to the construction of the Bohorodchany-Uzhgorod gas pipeline are being discussed by Ukraine and Russia as part of talks on the operation of an international gas transportation consortium, Fuel and Energy Minister Yuriy Prodan has said.
"As part of the consortium we can talk about the construction of the Bohorodchany-Uzhgorod gas pipeline. No other issues in the context of the gas transportation consortium are being discussed at the talks," he told Interfax-Ukraine in Kiev on Wednesday, commenting on reports saying that the Ukrainian side and Gazprom were discussing the transfer of the Ukrainian gas transport system to that Russian company.
