KIEV, Aug. 20 - -The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMC) has brought an action against JSC Ukrtatnafta, CJSC LINIK, OJSC TNK-BP Commerce, OJSC Naftokhimik Prykarpattia, OJSC Galychyna oil refinery, Optima-Trade Ltd., OJSC Galnaftogaz Concern, and OJSC Lukoil-Odesa oil refinery for anti-competitive, concerted actions on the diesel fuel market.

"The results of a preliminary economic analysis reveal the signs of collusion among the key players of the market," the AMC's press service quotes First Deputy Chairman of the Committee Yuriy Kravchenko as saying.
