KIEV, Aug. 15 – A huge shortage of personnel undermines the innovative development of Ukraine, Volodymyr Halytsky, the director of the State Employment Office of Ukraine, has said in an interview with the Dzerkalo Tyzhnia newspaper.

"A huge shortage of manpower is a threat to the country's innovative development. This is a national security issue," the expert said.
