KIEV, Aug. 15 – The total area of A and B class offices should reach 1 million square meters in Kiev by 2010, according to a report by the Ukrainian Trade Guild.

It is planned to commission 390,000 square meters of rental areas in professional office centers in Kiev in 2009. Another 72 A and B class properties with a total rental area of 3.3 million square meters should be commissioned in 2010-2012.
