KIEV, Aug. 18 – The prices of premium class housing in Kiev will grow by 20-25% in 2008, Vitaliy Boiko, the director of the Ukrainian Trade Guild consulting company (UTG, Kiev), has forecast.

“The price of premium class housing will grow faster. It is underestimated now. The price of usual housing will grow by 15% a year, but the price of premium housing will grow by 20-25% a year,” he said at a press conference in Kiev.
