KIEV, Aug. 15 - Grain stocks at Ukrainian agricultural enterprises and companies that handle storage and processing (except small enterprises) stood at 19.3 million tons on Aug. 1, 42% more than the same date last year, the State Statistics Committee said in a statement.

Wheat stocks at these enterprises totaled 12.6 million tons, which was 34% up year on year.

Agricultural enterprises directly held 11.7 million tons of grain (34% up) on August 1, including 7.5 million tons of wheat (29% up).
