KIEV, Aug. 14 – The State Property Fund, Lukor and Lukoil-Neftekhim are to sign an amicable agreement in October to settle problematic issues around chemical producer Oriana.

At their meeting in Kalush in Ivano-Frankivsk region on Aug. 12, SPF head Valentyna Semeniuk-Samsonenko, Lukor Director General Serhiy Chmykhkov and Lukoil -Neftekhim Director General Oleksiy Smirnov decided to draft within a month the wording of the amicable agreement.
