KIEV, Aug. 11 – System Capital Management Corporation (SCM, Donetsk) has decided to sell its stake in Commercial Fleet of Donbass Ltd. (Mariupol, Donetsk region).

"For SCM Group, this investment was rather financial than strategic. We, as minority shareholders of Commercial Fleet of Donbass, did not significantly influence the company's decisions and its activity. And as transport is a separate business direction, it is not included in the line of priority directions for SCM's investment, and that company's integration into the existing vertically integrated chains of Metinvest or DTEK is economically groundless, [and so] we were mulling the sale of our stake in the company," the SCM's press service said citing SCM Director General Oleh Popov.
