KIEV, Aug. 8 - Moody's Investors Service has changed its outlook on Credit Dnepr Bank's B3 long-term local and foreign currency deposit ratings to positive from stable, Moody's said in a statement.

Moody's has affirmed the bank's Not Prime short-term deposit rating and E+ bank financial strength rating (BFSR). The outlook on the BFSR remains stable.
