KIEV, Aug. 8 – Kiev's economic court of appeals has turned down claims filed by U.S. SeaGroup International Inc. and Swiss AmRuz Trading AG against the May 28 and June 2 rulings by Kiev's economic court on ruling null and void the two companies' deals for the acquisition of stakes in Ukrtatnafta.

"The court did not change the rulings made by the court of first appearance, which nullifies the deals," the State Property Fund told Interfax-Ukraine on Friday.
