KIEV, Aug. 8 - Moody's Investors Service has downgraded the Ba3 foreign currency corporate family rating and Probability of Default rating of Naftogaz of Ukraine to B1 and concurrently assigned a Developing outlook.

As Moody's said in a statement, this rating action concludes its review of the downgrade of Naftogaz's ratings.
