KIEV, Aug. 7 – SCM Group (Donetsk region), Ukraine's largest financial and industrial group, announced it has sold its stake in Simferopol-based Krym beer and soft drinks plant.

"The process of the [sale] of Krym beer and soft drinks plant has been completed. A 93.98% stake passed from Emporium-K (100% owned by SCM) to a new owner, who will continue producing beer and non alcoholic drinks at the enterprise," the statement reads.
