KIEV, Aug. 7 – The Antimonopoly Committee has permitted World Ceramic Mineral B. V. (Amsterdam) to acquire shares in Donbas Clays and Yuzhno-Oktiabrskie Gliny YUG (both in Donetsk region).

This purchase will give the buyer over 50% of the votes on the boards of each of the companies.

"It is too early to talk about details, as the deal is only being discussed. We will have more information regarding the deal by September," YUG Director General Viktor Levit told Interfax-Ukraine.
