KIEV, Aug. 6 – Moscow-based managing company RosInvestHotel is mulling the construction of three- and four-star hotels in the cities of Kiev, Kharkiv, Odesa, and Chernivtsi, RosInvestHotel Director General Kirill Irtyuga told Interfax-Ukraine.
"We're considering Ukraine as a potential market for development. We plan to develop in the segment of countryside hotels and urban hotels, as that market is far from saturation. We're actively searching for plots of land in Kiev, Kharkiv, Odesa, and Chernivtsi. We need land plots with an area of 10-15 hectares. A pond or the possibility of creating a water reservoir is desirable," he said.
