KIEV, Aug. 4 – The number of flights in Ukrainian airspace in January-June grew by 12.4% year-on-year, to 197,730 flights, according to the press service of the State Enterprise for Ukrainian Air Traffic Management (Ukraerorukh).

The largest number of flights in the first half of 2008 was seen in such airports as Kiev (Boryspil, 44,660 flights), in Odessa (7,630 flights), in Donetsk (6,100), Simferopol (5,290), Dnipropetrovsk (5,220), Kiev (Zhuliany, 4,400), Lviv (4,320), Kharkiv (3,770). Ivano-Frankivsk (2,140), Zaporizhia (1,850).
