KIEV, Aug. 4 – Ukraine by Aug. 4 harvested 31.86 million tons of early grain and leguminous crops from 9.333 million hectares, or 74% of the area under cultivation, the Agriculture Ministry told Interfax-Ukraine.

The average crop yield for grain and leguminous crops in Ukraine is 34.1 centners per hectare, compared to 20.6 centners per hectare registered a year ago.
