LVIV, Aug, 4 - The number of people who have died or are missing as a result of a devastating flood in western Ukraine has risen to 38, including eight children, Itar-Tass reported Monday, citing the Health Ministry.

The largest number of deaths and missing people is registered in the Ivano-Frankivsk region, the ministry reported.
