MOSCOW, Aug. 4 – Metinvest Group (Ukraine) has consolidated 90% of the shares of Inkor & Co Ltd. scientific and production union (Donetsk), according to a statement of the group.

Inkor & Co entered Metinvest Group's coal and coke division.

"The inclusion of Inkor & Co into Metinvest Group has been performed within deepening vertical integration to provide deeper processing of coke chemical raw materials and receive competitive products with high added value," the statement reads.
