KIEV, Aug. 1 - France's AXA Group plans to invest around EUR20 million in Vesko Insurance Company and Ukrainian Insurance Alliance (both based in Kiev), according to the chairman of the two companies, Philippe Wautelet.

Asked about the merger of the two insurance companies, he said that this is the easiest task, as these two insurance companies complement each other – they have differing directions of activities and separate sale channels.
