KIEV, Aug. 1 - EnergoAtom, the state-owned operator of all four Ukrainian nuclear power plants, is to finish the work on prolonging the operating lives of reactors one and two at Rivne on schedule, EnergoAtom President Yuriy Nedashkovsky said.

"This work is being done for the first time in Ukraine. There are many problems, and there is a delay at reactor one of Rivne, which has to be overcome. Under the present conditions, when the financing of all the measures is provided in full, I'm sure that we'll successfully cope with this task," he said.
