KIEV, July 29 – Ukraine and Russia are working on a protocol on amendments to a 1993 intergovernmental agreement on the construction of An-70 new generation transport aircraft.

The document should be tabled for agreement and approval by the both parties at the 5th meeting of the interagency working group on the An-70 program, which is scheduled to be held in Kiev on Wednesday, Interfax-Ukraine learned from a source in military circles.
