KIEV, July 25 – The Cabinet of Ministers is planning to make a final decision on a loan with the Japanese Bank for International Cooperation concerning the construction of a terminal at Boryspil Airport on July 30.

Transport and Communications Minister Yosyp Vinsky said that the government has discussed this question and is now planning to make a final decision at its next meeting.
