Zaporizhia, July 24 – Construction of the most complex suspension bridge in the country, over the Dnipro River, has got underway in Zaporizhia.

The base of the key suspension point of the bridge – the pylon – is to be made of concrete. Suspension cables are to be installed through the pylon, which will support a six-lane road on the bridge.

The press service of the Zaporizhia city hall said that the pylon would be built in 14-16 months.
