KIEV, July 23 – A fall in the price of housing on the primary market in Kiev due to the present fall in construction work is unlikely, as supply on this market considerably legs behind demand, the head of the PR department at Kiev-based Tiko-Construction Ltd., Nadia Leonets, has told Interfax-Ukraine.
She said that the policy of local government does not promote a fall in the prices in the capital. They recently decided to increase fees for the development of infrastructure.
