YALTA, July 14 - Ukraine's movement into the European Union will receive a boost when Poland holds the EU's rotating presidency in 2011, former Polish President Aleksander Kwasniewski said on Saturday.

Poland is an advocate of the EU's enlargement and will remain so regardless of who is the country's prime minister or president, Kwasniewski told the fifth annual summit of Yalta European Strategy (YES), an independent international organization seeking to help Ukraine join the EU.
