KIEV, July 10 - The Yalta European Strategy (YES) will hold its fifth annual forum on Ukraine-EU affairs starting Thursday.

More than 160 politicians, businessmen, public figures, diplomats and journalists from 20 states will take part in the forum, the Viktor Pinchuk Foundation said.

The summit, which ends on July 13, will be traditionally held at the Livadia Palace.
