KIEV, July 9 – Ukrsotsbank is to issue UAH269 million to KDD Group N.V. (the Netherlands), a holding company of one of the largest Ukrainian developing and real estate investment groups, Kiev-Donbas, to build the PecherSKY housing complex near the Druzhby Narodiv subway station in the Pechersk District of Kiev, according to a company report on the AIM LSE.

The company said that the financing of the construction would start with selling apartments and foresees the return of funds to the bank after the commissioning of the complex.
