KIEV, July 8 – Energy Strategies and Bio Technologies (ESBT), realizing a project to produce and sell BIO-100 fuel, is intending to complete the construction of a biofuel plant in Chernivtsi region, ESBT executive director Mykhailo Labutyn said.

The planned capacity of the plant is 9,000 tons of biofuel a month, and investment into the construction is $12 million.
