KIEV, July 7 – Ukraine's Industry Ministry has signed a memorandum on the construction of a steel mill in Odessa region with Austria's Voest-Alpine.

According to the ministry, the memo was signed by the chairman of the interagency working group for cooperation with Voest-Alpine, Volodymyr Novistky and the head of the S.E.E. Steel project on the construction of the steel mill, Gunther Brunnbauer.
