KIEV, July 7 - Ukraine should use its own resources to develop a natural gas and crude oil offshore field in the Black Sea, Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko said Monday.

Tymoshenko, who cancelled a production sharing agreement with U.S. oil company Vanco Energy, responded to comments by a senior energy executive that Ukraine may now join forces with Russia to develop the field.
