KIEV, July 3 – Finstar International Investment Holding, which owns the SMAK food retail chain, and Serbia's Delta Holding private company have signed an agreement to create a joint venture to develop a food store chain in Ukraine and Belarus.
"Investment of partners in the opening of the stores, buying and constructing new trade centers in these countries could reach $700 million over five years. A management team consisting of the representatives of both companies would manage the joint business," reads a press service of Finstar issued on Wednesday.
