KIEV, July 1 - Fitch Ratings has assigned Donbass Fuel Energy Company LLC's (DFEC LLC) Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH) 500 million bonds due in 2011 a final National senior unsecured local currency rating of 'AA-(minus)(ukr).’

The bonds mature in 2011 and have a coupon of 10.5%.

DFEC LLC is a 100% subsidiary of DTEK Holding Limited (DTEK, 'B+'/Stable). The national instrument rating is in line with DTEK's National Long-term rating of 'AA-(minus)(ukr)'.
