KIEV, July 1 – Former British Prime Minister Tony Blair is to attend the fifth annual summit of the Yalta European Strategy international network, the organizers of the summit said on Tuesday.

Blair will make a speech at the plenary session late on July 12.

He will come to Ukraine at the invitation of organization's founder and member of the YES board, Viktor Pinchuk.
