KIEV, June 26 -- Fitch Ratings announced it has assigned Donbass Fuel Energy Company LLC's (DFEC LLC) prospective Ukrainian hryvnia bond issue an expected national senior unsecured local currency rating of 'AA-(minus)(ukr).

DFEC LLC is a 100% subsidiary of DTEK Holding Limited (DTEK, 'B+'/Stable) and controls all of the group's operating companies. The expected national instrument rating is in line with DTEK's National Long-term rating of 'AA-(ukr)'.
