ZAPORIZHIA, June 24 – Ukraine has allocated UAH275 million to reconstruct the runway and the aircraft apron at state enterprise Zaporizhia International Airport, according to Hennadiy Fuks, Zaporizhia Regional State Administration deputy head.

Fuks said such expenses were reasonable only if the airport building were to be reconstructed as well. As part of the preparations for the European Football Championship Euro 2012 it is planned to install large monitors to broadcast championship football matches, and set up tourist information centers according to European standards.
