KIEV, June 24 – Co-owners of Dnipropetrovsk-based PrivatBank have tried to receive the exclusive right to use the Pivdenny maritime oil terminal, Odessa-Brody oil pipeline and Brody linear operating dispatcher station to supply crude to the Drohobych and Nadvirna oil refineries, which are under their control, according to a report in the Ekonomicheskiye Izvestia newspaper published on Monday.

The newspaper has a copy of a draft agreement between Ukrtransnafta, which exploits the Ukrainian oil pipelines, and Milbert Ventures Inc (British Virgin Islands), which foresees the use of all existing production facilities of the Pivdenny maritime oil terminal, Brody linear operating dispatcher station and the Odessa-Brody, Brody-State-Border-One, Zhulin-Drohobych, Dolyna-Drohobych and Dolyna-Nadvirna oil pipelines.
