KIEV, June 19 – The National Energy Company of Ukraine, which manages several large thermal power plants, is to initiate their privatization, the president of the National Joint-Stock Company Energy Company of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zinevych, said in an interview with Delo newspaper.

"We'll initiate the process. It's too early to speak about the terms," he said.

He said that the state stake in Kyivenergo should be also sold to private investors.
