KIEV, June 10 – President Viktor Yushchenko said he will oppose any restrictions on trade with agricultural products as has been earlier suggested by government official as a way of fighting inflation.

"I will always oppose the policy [of putting restrictions on the trade in agricultural products]. And within the limits of my powers I will stop decisions of such kind," Yushchenko said Tuesday while opening the Agro-2008 20th international trade fair.
