MOSCOW, June 9 - Ukrainian national oil and gas company Naftogaz is planning to raise a syndicated loan of $2 billion, a source in banking industry told Interfax.

The source did not go into any more detail about the loan.

Naftogaz PR Manager Valentyn Zemliansky also told Interfax that the holding intended to borrow a syndicated $2 billion. "A request for proposals has been sent to banks."
