KIEV, June 5 - Ukraine's major producer and exporter of iron ore, Ferrexpo AG, announced Thursday that its key deposit contains 127.4% more iron ore than previously thought, providing major growth potential.

The company said its Gorishne-Plavninskoye and Lavrikovskoye deposits in the Poltava region in fact contain more than 3.7 billion metric tons of iron ore, up from about 1.63 billion mt previously estimated.
