KIEV, June 4 - President Viktor Yushchenko on Wednesday signed an order obliging the government to resume an offshore oil extraction license and production sharing agreement with U.S. oil company Vanco Energy.

Yushchenko signed the order days after the National Security and Defense Council, the country’s top security body, had called on the government to immediately resume the license and the PSA.
