KIEV, May 30 – The Industry Ministry has decided to liquidate Ukrainian Polymetals state company.

According to a posting on the ministry website on Thursday, a decree of Industry Minister Volodymyr Novytsky of May 27 also stipulates that a liquidation commission has been created headed by Ukrainian Polymetals Director General Oleksandr Andruschenko.

According to the decree, if the value of Ukrainian Polymetals' property is not enough to satisfy the claims of creditors, the company should submit an appeal to the economic court on the company's bankruptcy.
