KIEV, May 30 - Ukraine’s top security body Friday ordered the government to immediately resume its license and production sharing agreement (PSA) with U.S. oil company Vanco Energy for development of a field offshore the Black Sea.

The decision was approved at a special meeting by the National Security and Defense Council, and will be mandatory for the government after it is signed by President Viktor Yushchenko.
