KIEV, May 30 – The oil and gas condensate rent duty in Ukraine is to be set every month, taking into account the average price of Urals oil on the London Stock Exchange and the basic price of oil at $100 per barrel.

According to a posting on the parliamentary Web site, MPs amended a procedure for the calculation of rent duties on May 23, when placing the norms of taxation, customs, budget and social laws with additional amendments into a new law, separate from the law on the 2008 national budget.
