KIEV, May 29 – Eurasia Investment and Industrial group of Kazakhstan will build an elite apartment block at Olshanska Street in Kiev’s downtown district, the company announced in a press release.

The group said that in late 2007, the company bought a 67% share in the project. The company did not disclose the identity of the second investor of the project. The overall investment in the project is around $650 million.
